Kemptville Lifestyles was built by Dr. Neel Chadha, a family physician whose practice has centred on older adults. Early in his career he cared for patients in eight retirement homes, two long-term care homes and five hospitals, and he saw how much room there was to do better.
In 2019 he and a pharmacist partner opened Lanark Lifestyles in Perth. The residence was 95% occupied within its first year, and luxury apartments were added on the same property in 2023. Kemptville Lifestyles at 100 Pine Hill Road is the next community from the same team.
This building is independent living, not a retirement residence. What carries over from Perth is the approach: the owner is in the building, the property manager is the tenant's direct contact, and new residents are welcomed personally.

What's next on the site
Phase II adds bungalow townhomes for sale and for rent, along with a pickleball court. Phase III is a retirement residence. For a client thinking long term, that means a community they would not have to leave if their needs change.
